Service was incredibly slow, food just okay. This was our first and last visit there.

What a surprise this was ...Holy cow. Good food ..Good service. Very nice people. And the food Boom It was GREAT 😊..WILL BE GOING BACK A LOT ....

Nasty pasta hard and old tasting

Fantastic pizza! I like mine with a thin crust that isn't crispy. When the slice droops down while you hold the edge then it's just right! I've been getting my pizza for 15 years from Victoria's down the street, but for a while now they've been making their crust a little too thick for me. I searched around and tried out four or five other pizzeria's on the west side of town until I finally tried Vesuvio's. My search was over when I tried one of their pies. I hope to be a customer for many years to come!

Delicious Pizza... Server was amazingly patient, specially since we spilled a drink. They were busy,. With one server, he did really good.

Waited an hour for bad pizza and bad fries, not a great operation.

Food is decent, but the service isn't. It's not OK to just have family work there, if you can't give decent service. Oh, and don't try to order to pick up. They don't answer the phone.

Fabulous food. Giovanni is the real deal, owner ,pizza man, incredible pasta dishes. Be patient for your food Everything is fresh cooked.

If I could give it no stars I would! Our waiter forgot my drink, and we got our food fairly late when no one was even in here! Not only that, but this woman who had to go to work came in after waiting 30 min and waited 10 more min in here! She told the man that she had already waited 30 minutes and he said “ I get that but things change” in a very rude manor. She said She had to go to work and the man said “I get that” still in a very rude manor. All things set aside this place was not worth the wait, and the service was horrrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This is probably the best pizza around. Very close to what I remember getting in Brooklyn NY. And the price is very good compared to others.

I've been going to Vesuvio's for years. Absolutely the best pizza in town. However, for the past few years the service has really gone downhill. Tonight I went there for a Cheese Steak. I sat down and was ignored. Two tables came in after me and were promptly waited on. I sat there for about 3 minutes after that. A third table came in and they were promptly waited on. I got up to leave, walked past the waiter and just smiled as I walked out.

So we ate here for our first time this week and the food was not good. It appears that they use cheap ingredients and are way over priced. My son loves all pizzas and wouldn't even eat it. He said mommy it don't taste good. So needless to say we will NOT be going back. :-(

On my visit to this establishment the food left a lot to be desired. My visit was recent and the food was simply not good. We had three different pasta dishes from the menu and all of them left much to be desired. We will not visit this restaurant again.

Me and my family went there last night to eat, and we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. One of the guys making the pizza was super rude. The food was great, but the service was not good.

Great food and they know the difference between a Calzone and a Stromboli so any one who wants good, real Italian food this is a great place

Pizza was very good would like onions cut up more and peppers cooked. Otherwise very good!

We went on lunch to get some food. There wasn’t even that many people in there. 5 other tables were seated, fed, and paid. Before we even got our food. After waiting almost an hour we decided and We paid for what we had gotten and left. Terrible customer service and whoever was cooking was rude. They had just finished preparing our food as we were trying to leave (which looked like it had set for 30 minutes prior) and said we HAD to pay for our food because they can’t “put it back on the shelf”. Sorry, you wasted our time and our lunch, we have to go back to work. We paid for what we HAD gotten. Not our fault you can’t pay attention to any customers. And this is saying something because I’m going out of my way to leave a review that I shouldn’t have to.

As far as this former New Yorker is concerned, Vesuvio's is the only place to get authentic New York style pizza in this area.

Had lunch today at Vesuvio's. Excellent pizza, great price and fast/friendly service. What more could I ask for? I'll be back again.

Pizza was not that great attitude sucked would not recommend, they should practice people skills or go back to there country.

Worst "Italian" food I've ever had. 1st visit, ordered takeout, after calling 4 times as no one picked up the phone, we get back home to not only find out their sauce is no better than chef boyardee but the pasta was overcooked. Called to explain what my concerns were and these people didn't know how to respond to criticism. All I received was an attitude-filled "i'm sorry" from a Giovanni (which i later found out that was the owner, like REALLY?)I'm a forgiving person and tried them again, but instead of trying their disastrous pasta dishes, I tried their pizza. Oh BIG mistake, remember that God awful tasting pasta sauce? You guessed it, the pizza sauce was no better, AT ALL! I forced it down and told myself NEVER AGAIN!You'd be better off taking your behind down to CiCi's

Our group went after bowling and assorted ordering, so got to see variety of pizzas (and as Rachael Ray would say: Yum-o!!), a hugh Vesuvio's speciality salad, and a cheese steak special sub. We get their white pizza with a substitution of black olives for the broccoli. It was terrific!! And we found out upon leaving that they had stayed open for us an hour past closing. Super nice, great service, food and pricing!

Authentic! Vesuvio's Pizzeria is our "go to" restaurant for delicious hand made Pizza, Calzones & Stromboli (my favorite). I do have other friends though that enjoy their traditional Italian dishes. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and it's fun to see the hard work that they put in. Do yourself a favor and give Vesuvio's a try. How about a big thumbs up for them!

I absolutely love the pizza! Once my husband and I tried the pizza we went back 4 days in a row. I have been searching for authentic pizza in this area for quite some time now and I finally found it! The Philly cheese steak is also delicious! They know how to cook it just right so it's nice and tender with cheese throughout, not just sitting on top like so many other places. This has instantly become our go to place for pizza and subs!

This place is disgusting there was a hair in my salad, nats flying over our table, one piece of ham on my boyfriends 8 dollar sub and every person working in there was in and out of the bathroom hopped up on drugs... DO NOT GO HERE AWFUL!
